January 2019

by Ross Feldman

Greetings,

I pray that you are having a blessed start to the new year. Much of the month of January was spent diligently planning for the rest of the year and identifying new student leaders for next year. Columbia students recently returned from vacation after Martin Luther King Jr. weekend, and we are gearing up for another semester of fruitful ministry. Here are ways that you can be praying for us:

  • Pray that we will have effective, engaging Bible Course lessons
  • Pray that our students would grow together in community
  • Pray for our current and new student leaders
  • Pray that our one-on-one discipleship meetings are honest,
  • Spirit-led times of counsel and guidance for our students
  • Pray for effective use of our ministry center
  • Pray for the Christian Union Nexus conference occurring in February.
  • Pray that Columbia would exceed our goals for student recruitment
  • Pray always that students would be saved from the work we are doing
  • at Columbia

Blessings,

Bryant Parsons
Ministry Fellow
Christian Union at Columbia
