As we begin a new year, we at CU Nova hope that your Christmas holiday was one of joy and fulfillment, even if it was different from previous years. CU Nova took the holiday time to relax, refresh, and recall how the Lord has been faithful within a wild year. Even through a global pandemic, our Heavenly Father has proven and will continue to prove that he is a faithful God who is sovereign and does not change. We worship him for he is worthy.
We thank you for your continued prayers and support for the ministry we do here at Princeton. Though we are unable to meet one-on-one in Frist or take walks down Prospect to see our students, we still get the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those who desire to seek God with their whole being. And all of this because of your support!
We are taking the month of January to prepare for the semester ahead. As we mentioned last month, students at Princeton will be allowed to return to campus this semester and will begin doing so early in the month. While some will still opt out of returning, for those who do choose to return, the joy of being in community will no doubt be a blessing that we have all missed since this whole craziness began. Unfortunately, much of our ministry will continue to be through online mediums even with the return of the students. Even still, we are excited to continue with our students to help them grow in their faith and knowledge of the Word. Please be in prayer for us as we navigate the semester ahead.
Please pray along with us for the following:
- Pray for students who will be moving back on campus and for the process of quarantining upon return. This time will be tough, but worth it for many who are eager to see their friends and classmates once again.
- Pray for our new student leadership that will be taking over at the beginning of the spring semester. Pray that they would lead and serve their fellow students in a Christ-like manner.
- Pray for our Bible courses this semester. (Freshmen: Seeking God Lifestyle/Sex & Spirituality, Soph/Junior: Acts, Senior: Vocational Preparation). May God be glorified through them.
- Continue praying about becoming a Cornerstone Partner with us to help us be able to reach the Princeton campus with the truth of the gospel. We need your prayers and your financial support to make this possible. Cornerstone Partnership
As always, we thank you for your prayers and support. We are so thankful to call you brothers and sisters in Christ. And we look forward to seeing what our Father will continue to do through our service to see revival happen on this campus. Have a blessed day.
