Christian Union New York May Salon
On Saturday, May 6, 2017, Christian Union hosted its May Salon at Archegos Capital/Grace and Mercy Foundation Office, in The New York Times building. Attendees heard from Bob Doll, Chief Equity Strategist, Nuveen Asset Management, LLC. In his talk, Doll explores what redemptive finance might mean here in New York.
About the Speaker
Prior to joining Nuveen Asset Management in 2012, Bob held similar roles at other large asset management firms, including serving as Chief Equity Strategist at Blackrock, President and Chief Investment Officer of Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM) and Chief Investment Officer of OppenheimerFunds, Inc. He has 35 years of portfolio management experience, received a BS in accounting and a BA in economics from Lehigh University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst. Bob appears regularly on CNBC, Bloomberg TV and Fox Business News discussing the economy and markets.
Bob and his wife, Leslie, live in Princeton, New Jersey, and have three children. He is also choir director at his local church. Bob serves on a number of boards including the Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals, Word of Life Fellowship, New Canaan Society, Kingdom Advisors, National Christian Foundation, The Lausanne Movement, The New York City Leadership Center, Cairn University, the Wharton Graduate Executive Board, and the Princeton HealthCare System.
