Hosted by Christian Union America in partnership with World Trumpet Mission
Journey to Revival: An Unforgettable Uganda Experience
Step onto Prayer Mountain in Kampala, Uganda joining 1,000–2,000 believers from around the world for Trumpet Camp, World Trumpet Mission’s annual gathering led by John Mulinde. Expect catalytic teaching, powerful corporate prayer, and a deep encounter with God and the global body of Christ. The purpose of this annual conference is to radically and deeply strengthen attendees in their love and zeal for God, and to provide practical steps in how to seek God for revival and transformation in personal lives, families, communities and nations. Dr. Mulinde’s ministry is committed to this mission worldwide after he and others led a radical transformation in Uganda, seeing the HIV infection rate drop from 33% to 6% in the matter of a few years, as a result of calling the nation to seek God like never before.
Who Is This For?
Christ-centered leaders, intercessors, and marketplace believers, longing for personal renewal and to learn practices that transform families, cities and nations.
What Others Are Saying:
Jeff writes: “What I witnessed and experienced at Trumpet Camp was unlike anything I’ve known in America. Prayer was ascending to heaven night and day—unceasing, without interruption. There was never a moment when the mountain was not alive with intercession. If this is even a glimpse of how God transformed Uganda in the late 1990s, then surely we would be foolish to doubt that He can also bring revival to America. All American Christians need to experience prayer in Uganda. You will be forever changed.”
Mischa writes: “In Uganda, we basked in God’s presence. We received from the ministry of worship. We grew in the practice of prayer. We gathered on a mountain where the kinds of fervent God-seeking that have marked the breakthroughs of my life are just another Tuesday. And we learned from masters of revival, an evergreen topic in 21st Century ministry. It forced me to ask: am I doing ministry God’s way, or expecting him to bless mine?
Louis writes: “Trumpet Camp deeply transformed my prayer life, igniting a renewed hunger for God’s presence and a greater intimacy in seeking His voice. As a result, my church has experienced a powerful awakening, marked by increased passion, unified devotion, and a bold commitment to impact our region for Christ.”

Rev. Dr. John W. Mulinde - Biography
Rev. Dr. John W. Mulinde is the Founder and Global Overseer of World Trumpet Mission (WTM), an international, interdenominational ministry headquartered in Kampala, Uganda, dedicated to transformational revival across the globe. Established in 1988 following a profound supernatural encounter with God in Nakaseke, Uganda, WTM has grown from a rural outreach to a global movement, impacting nations through prayer, revival, and mission work. Dr. Mulinde’s calling to “blow the trumpet” (Joel 2:1) has led him to mobilize the Body of Christ for repentance, spiritual awakening, and the fulfillment of the Great Commission through his GO NATIONS initiative.
An internationally sought-after speaker, Dr. Mulinde has ministered in countless countries including Taiwan, Germany, and the United States, delivering powerful messages on prayer, community transformation, and preparing the Church for Christ’s return. His influential role in Uganda’s transformation, including efforts credited with reducing the HIV/AIDS epidemic and contributing to the end of the Joseph Kony conflict, is documented in works like Uganda’s Transformation and An Unconventional War by The Sentinel Group. He holds an honorary doctorate in theology and organizational leadership from Nashville Seminary and Bible College and serves on the International Board of Elders for the Jerusalem House of Prayer for All Nations.
As an author, Dr. Mulinde’s books, including Nation at Crossroads, Midnight Call, Set Apart for God, and Destiny Achiever, inspire leaders to pursue God’s purpose. He founded the Nations Prayer Mountain in Seguku, Uganda, a 100-acre retreat for fasting and prayer, and leads the annual TrumpetCamp, uniting thousands of believers and leaders worldwide. Dr. Mulinde resides in Kampala, embodying a legacy of faith and leadership. Join us to hear Dr. Mulinde’s prophetic insights and practical strategies for revival, equipping pastors to lead with power and purpose in these critical times.
FAQs
Can I arrive late or leave early?
Yes, although it could be a bit complicated. Share your desired travel dates with Sonya at Sonya.Polino@christianunion.org and we’ll advise on possibilities and cost, and shuttle options.
Is the hotel near restaurants?
Yes, however, most do best with eating dinner at the hotel each evening, and for lunch taking snacks to the conference site. Breakfast is included at the hotel each morning. It’s a big breakfast and some don’t eat any lunch as a result.
Is a post conference safari an option?
Yes, and options range from 2–3 days; details available by emailing Sonya at Sonya.Polino@christianunion.org.
Why do we arrive and depart so that the first and last days of the conference are missed?
Given time restrictions of most who have expressed interest, ten days seems like a great length for the trip, and attendees will get 7 full days of the conference (instead of 9) and will still have an absolutely extraordinary experience. Those wanting to arrive earlier or leave later could still work to arrange that if desired.
Why Go?
Because we eagerly desire God to change our own lives and the lives of those in the USA as he’s done in recent years in Uganda and other nations. Come to be radically blessed, equipped, refreshed, and sent. Return with fresh faith, practical ways to draw close to God, and lifelong friendships from a global move of prayer. Your understanding and practice of prayer will significantly deepen!
