Thank you for continuing to pray for our students and staff. We are grateful for your partnership in the gospel at Cornell. A resurgence of Covid infections on campus caused us to take precautions over the past two weeks and hold all of our meetings virtually, but thankfully we expect to be back to normal with live Bible courses, prayer meetings, and leadership meetings next week. Our students are in the midst of a busy prelim exam season, but they are continuing to gather for Bible study, prayer, fellowship at the Mott Center, and student-to-student discipleship. We are thankful for the many new students that have joined the ministry this year! Please continue to pray:
- For our freshmen, that they will be strengthened in Christ, filled with His Spirit, encouraged by the gospel, and step into new leadership roles where they can minister to their friends and peers at Cornell for the glory of Christ.
- FFor our students, that they will continue to endure this difficult year, keeping Jesus first in their hearts and minds, confident in Him and strengthened by Him for their studies and other activities, and their witness for Christ at Cornell.
- For Cornell University, that the virus infection rate would remain low, and that revival would come with many across the campus coming to know and trust Christ for salvation.
- For student leaders, that God would fill them with His love and power to share the gospel of Christ with their friends, peers, and professors for the sake of revival at Cornell.
- For our staff, that we would be strengthened by God’s Spirit to teach and mentor our students well and for creativity as we try to reach students with the gospel of Christ during the pandemic.
Thank you for partnering with us in prayer for Cornell and the students of Christian Union Vita!
