Dear CU Vita Cornerstone Partners and friends of the ministry,
Greetings from Ithaca! While we will miss our seniors, we are so happy to know that they are moving on from Cornell mature in Christ, eager to put the glory of God on display in their various fields, and equipped to lead and make an impact for Jesus all over the world. Please pray for them as they transition away from life at Cornell to various careers and graduate schools. Pray that they would know that God has a perfect plan for them and pray that they will find solid Christian fellowship and local churches where they can continue to grow and use their gifts and talents for God’s glory.
We are exceedingly grateful for the incredible group of students that have committed to leadership with our ministry. This fast-growing group of 30 students is so eager to work for a major impact at Cornell for the glory of Christ. Six ministry teams are ready to lead their friends and the entire campus in following Jesus through worship, outreach, teaching, discipleship, seeking God, and praying for revival. We will be meeting and praying together every other week throughout the summer, and we ask that you would be praying for us, for vision, energy, and wisdom as we prepare for the year ahead.
Our leaders are also eager to reach out to incoming freshmen and, in fact, we are already in touch with many and getting them connected to Bible course groups. Please pray that we will be able to reach many incoming students with what would be a life-changing experience, and pray for this incoming class, that they would be spiritually hungry and ultimately find new life in Christ through ministries like ours at Cornell and the local church in Ithaca. Thank you, as always, for your steadfast support and for your prayers.
