One of the greatest ways that people are exposed to the gospel is through the inimitable beauty of nature. You can’t miss the grandeur of God's creation, especially in a place like Dartmouth! And the great thing about what God has made is that it’s not just on the surface. No matter how deep you go, it just gets more incredible. Far from being in conflict, the deeper you look, the more science and religion work together!
So having Dr. James Tour—one of the foremost scientists in the world—come to Dartmouth to speak on Thursday, April 3rd, was a perfect complement to our spring weather and an incredible opportunity to share about the greatness of God. Our new student leadership team worked tirelessly to pack out the Hanover Inn and bring in so many students that the lecture and Q&A session was standing-room-only! It was an incredible event, showcasing CU’s profound intellectual orientation and our students’ intense devotion to God and passion to make His name known at Dartmouth! And while most of you may have missed Dr. Tour’s lecture here on campus, you can view it here—it’s not to be missed!
As our students step out in faith to make God known, in this and a thousand other ways, you can impact campus through your prayers and gifts. Pray for energy for the student leaders. Pray for a receptive spirit for the students on the campus, and pray that the name of Jesus would be made known!
