We’re wrapping up the year here at Penn. Seniors are preparing for graduation and transitioning to the workforce or ministry fellowships, while other students are preparing for summer jobs or internships. To close out the year, we connected seniors with alumni resources, concluded our gospel campaign, and conducted our spring formal.
While we are all celebrating the seniors' graduation, it is also bittersweet to see them go. Many of them shared how impactful CU Martus was to them during their time here at Penn at our winter formal. In conversation with them, we reflected on how far they had come, how much they’ve grown in the Lord together, and how much their lives have been transformed by the gospel.
We also wrapped up our gospel campaign here on campus. Through our various forms of outreach, we were able to reach approximately 3,000 students with the gospel here at Penn. CU Martus students were excited to engage in this type of outreach, and we are dreaming of how we can continue this momentum for next year!
A particularly joyous time was our spring formal. This was our first real formal of the year, as our winter formal was canceled due to COVID. Students have a tradition of toasting each other while holding a piece of toast! This was a sweet time as students honored one another with words of heartfelt gratitude, appreciation, and love for one another.

I ask that you please pray for:
- seniors as they transition from Penn and onto their next season in life, that they would be rooted in their faith and transform the world around them.
- remaining Penn students to flourish over their summer break as they engage in internships and other jobs.
Grace and Peace,
