Thank you for your faithful intercession with Christain Union NY for our city and for a spiritual renewal around the nation. Christian Union seeks a spiritually vibrant nation, marked by Christian values, permeating every corner of society, as the ministry’s vision statement expresses.
In line with that vision, there is a great feeling of anticipation within CU NY. God is birthing new things. CU NY is seeking God in the next few weeks for His voice and specific direction as it is time to lay out our objectives for the coming fiscal year. There seems to be momentum in the work of the Lord here and the necessity to capture what God is stirring. It is a critical time this month to slow down enough to hear the Good Shepherd, as He no doubt knows the path to the green pastures and the streams of living water for the year ahead. CU New York leadership and Board want to follow His lead alone.
Please pray that:
- All CU NY leadership, including the treasured board members, seek the voice of the Lord fervently as upcoming objectives are adopted.
- The Holy Spirit gives ideas, revelations, and strategies that are in line with His own will, beyond what the human imagination can derive.
- The Lord gives ears to hear with clarity and conceive what He is wanting to birth.
- The unity that defines all leadership is the kind that biblically commands a blessing; may it be like the precious oil running down the beard of Aaron. (Psalm 133:1-3).
- The Lord gives courage, skill, and power to implement His plans for NYC and bear much fruit.
