Dear CU Gloria Cornerstone Partners and friends of the ministry,

“While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, “Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.” Then after fasting and praying they laid their hands on them and sent them off.” -Acts 13:2-3

This spring’s study of Acts has been an encouragement to all the juniors and sophomores who have been participating in it to seek God more wholeheartedly and seek to hear the voice of the Spirit as they boldly proclaim His name. Thank you also for your prayers that the freshmen who are studying the Seeking-God Lifestyle as well as the Sex and Spirituality curriculum. Continue to pray that they would be transformed by the content and experience spiritual growth through it. We believe those Bible courses have been impactful in the lives of the freshmen already. Praises:

Thank you for your prayers regarding the student leadership transition. The new student exec team is officially in place and the building of new ministry teams for next year is in full swing. This along with the big announcement from Harvard, that they are expecting a full-return to campus this fall, has infused the students with fresh joy and expectation.

The first-year outreach ministry team leaders have been busy mobilizing upperclassmen in ministering to all the freshmen. They have been putting together “Survival Kits,” which included their favorite snack and an encouraging handwritten note. Time and again this spring, CU Gloria students leaders have demonstrated their love for one another through serving each other and encouraging each other in a variety of ways, such as making and sending these “Survival Kits.” Additionally, the seeking God ministry team recently hosted a “Prayer Workshop,” which was packed with practical content to help the students grow in this area and develop lives of prayer.

While the seniors are still having their commencement take place virtually, pray for the CU Gloria staff, as we would still like to send them out well, feeling loved and celebrated. Praise God that the senior Bible courses have been well-attended. A recent co-ed session featured the topic of finding and committing to a local church after college. Please join us in prayer for the outgoing senior class of 2021, that they would make the most of their last couple of months at Harvard, and that they would leave school fully committed to advancing the mission of Jesus wherever they go.

Happy Easter to you all. Christ is risen!
