Greetings from Penn! I pray this finds you well.
We find ourselves in a time of student leadership training and preparing for the Freshman Welcoming Campaign next fall. We recently turned over all of our student leaders and are recognizing them for their time and service within Christian Union. Collectively, they gave hundreds of hours to serve our ministry and Penn’s campus. The team and I are grateful for their contributions to the ministry and pray that they will ultimately have a heavenly reward for their service unto the Lord and his saints.
I’m also pleased to welcome the next round of student leaders to the team and can say that they are eager to take on their roles, further the cause of Christ, and impact Penn’s campus for the glory of God. With that, we have set our sights on training these new leaders and preparing for the Freshman Welcoming Campaign. I firmly believe that we need exceptional Christian leaders, and this begins with training new leaders and also preparing them to welcome the new incoming class of students with open arms.
Please join us in praying:
- That God would grant us the grace to develop this next round of student leaders with all diligence and care, so that they will be discipled and become great leaders.
- That God would give us his “plan” and his “future” for the incoming freshman. Pray with us that God would draw in those whom he has called to this ministry, so that we can see more lives transformed.
- That we would continue to be a bold witness of Christ at Penn's campus.
God is greatly using your prayers to grow the ministry impact at CU Martus. Will you continue to pray that these students and student leaders continue to deepen their faith?
